Working in conjunction with the management team in each organisation, PSI has developed a solution that allows a seamless flow of information from lead management deployment, to paperless sales and back office order processing. Client example - Eircom (Ireland’s national telecom provider)
Eircom has an outsourced field sales team (200) working in Residential, Business and Retail markets. The teams were making sales on paper and posting them to the office on a daily basis, updating tactical information was done at night or the following day at best. The need for a more efficient and cost effective solution was well identified but in a heavily regulated market place the solution needed to encompass leads, field management, customer order capture including signature and back office processing and integration into several proprietary systems and Salesforce.com
The PSI software offered a way to do all of these things and showed an annual cost saving of €600,000 through the removal of postage and printing bills and also drop in back office head count of 20 saving a further €500,000. The saving did not include the benefit of having tactical information updated in a live fashion
